This fourth section of ground-breaking scientific experiments are done to test the effects of Dr. Savage's Subliminal
Distant Influence (SDI) technology on "targeted" people, animals and even single cells, especially important when
the "subjects" are unaware of the SDI processing and it is done from a distance, sans placebo.  
























The connection between the mind and the body, and the emerging "scientific study of consciousness," has been of central and critical
importance to mankind and scientists for all of recorded human history. Currently, the study (and debate) has taken an existentially vital
turn since many scientists and experts link the survival of our species and our Earth to our understanding (or lack of understanding) of the
critical mind - body - Spirit connection.

Due to his extraordinary results with thousands of people and animals in Europe, America and globally, and his profound and thorough
explanations of his scientific work, Dr. Savage is considered by many to be the "father of the science of mind-body interactions."

In this Section 4 of his experiments, the focus is not only on Dr. Savage's ground-breaking results, but also, and most importantly, on
understanding what these results mean with regard to the difference between mind POWER and mind CONTROL, as well as the definitive
"status" (location, extent, and nature) of the most important scientific concepts: Mind (consciousness), Body (brain), and Spirit (Transcendence).


SCIENTIFIC PROBLEM

There is currently more than enough substantial scientific, medical, psychological and anthropological evidence of the "POWER of the mind,"
from ancient through modern cultures. Shamans walking on fire, people freezing in frigorific systems that were not turned on, superhuman
strength in crisis, etc. While scientists may not understand or be able to explain why, the historical data is very clear: The mind is extremely
powerful in changing material outcomes.

Furthermore, most people throughout history (however misguided) did and still today do refer to or believe in some kind of a soul, spirit, higher
power, transcendental consciousness within each person, that has power over the MIND (and the body), and that will continue to exist
independently after death.

While theories, ideas and beliefs about the connections between mind, body and spirit abound through history, the problem is that until
recently, scientists have been unable (or unwilling or afraid) to prove the existence of that "higher self," as distinct from, OUTSIDE of, the
individual body and BRAIN. Even more problematic, many proponents of the mind-body-Spirit connection, including scientists, who ARE willing
and able to experiment, tend to confine and thereby limit their important discussions, understandings and conclusions to their own particular
personal religious or spiritual beliefs that also have never been scientifically proven.

Hence, after centuries of questioning, debating (and warring), the MOST important questions still remain: What is "behind" MIND power? Who or
what CONTROLS the mind in any given situation? What is the meaning and function of mind, consciousness, higher power, transcendence as
distinct from the body and brain, and how can these concepts be demonstrated scientifically.

These important questions are still unanswered in any convincing and reliable way because there is very little SCIENTIFIC evidence or
explanation of how Spirit, Transcendence or a Higher Power controls the mind or who/what that "higher power" actually is. In a word, there is a
definite lack of "scientific miracle makers" available to provide the data that science needs to even begin a legitimate, substantial or fruitful
investigation.

Dr. Savage's experimental work in Mind Control technology and the mechanisms of Mind Control, thus, turn out to be of overriding value to
science and humanity. Dr. Savage uses Mind Control processing in every subliminal intervention he has done in 40+ years. Section 4
Experiments, however, focus on a small, but wide range of (non-classified) protocols designed to prove conclusively his abilities to access and
control what he calls the Bio-PsychoContinuum, the One Collective Bio-Mind, the unified field of consciousness, the Bio-Matrix. From suffering
animals to aging women to burned cells, these tests provide the kind of much needed scientific, replicable, falsifiable evidence that the Mind  
which is not in the brain, does indeed control the body, and that Dr. Savage can actually access and control that One collective Bio-Mind.

Specifically in reference to his experiments on the simplest of subjects, isolated cells, Dr. Savage explains how he proves scientifically the
existence of the One Bio-Mind:












Distinguishing Mind, Body, Spirit

The idea that "cells have consciousness,"  a mind of their own, provides a framework to distinguish what reductionist science lumps together,
namely, that mind and consciousness are located in the brain (body), limiting both to those life forms that science can identify as having brains.
Although the idea of conscious cells is not new, scientists who propose this idea have been sidelined by mainstream institutions. An example is  
the career of Stanford University scientist Dr. Bruce Lipton, American developmental biologist who supported the theory that gene expression
could be influenced (via epigenetics) by environmental factors, proposing that environmental factors have a greater impact on their health than
genetic research had previously determined.

Critics like Dan Wilson then fault Lipton's work for his claims that our beliefs can change our biology and can unlock DNA that can help us live
healthy and peacefully without the help from government or pharmaceutical companies. Specifically, Wilson discounts Dr. Lipton for "misleading
sick patients into thinking they can heal themselves by simply believing they can," in spite of years of documented anthropological and medical
research that clearly demonstrates that people's beliefs very much influence their abilities to heal (or not) and to behave in otherwise very
unusual ways.

Dr. Savage, on the other hand, eliminates this potential critique by completely banishing "belief" (the placebo effect) from all scientific
investigations, and instead basing all his experiments and practice on proof, EXPERICAL facts, by documenting only what can be proven
scientifically (that which is able to be duplicated and falsified in blinded experiments), regardless of the implications for any given religious or
non-religious scientist or system of beliefs. This is one reason why Dr. Savage established the "Skeptics Association" (National Healing Board)
in France, that was welcomed and used by medical doctors at that time and was discussed on the television debate with medical doctor
Professor Meyer previously cited in Experiment 5. Eliminating belief (the placebo effect) is also why Dr. Savage consistently highlights his
experiments on animals, babies and people who are unaware they are being processed, thus eliminating any contamination from the beliefs of
the subject.

Furthermore, Dr. Savage grew up with this important "proof" principle, which grounds his Subliminal processing on proven NATURAL biological
functions which are also not based on beliefs of any kind. As he and his ancestors say, "Just try to explain to a plant or an animal that
they need to first believe in Druids to have a chance to get healed."

why scientists and scholars like Dr. Lipton are sidelined" by critics like Dan Wilson and the reductionist institutions he represents.






















































DR. DOSSEY EXPOSES A HUGE PROBLEM FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION
THAT DR. SAVAGE'S EXPERIMENTS RESOLVE

Philip Savage, of course, agrees that there is a universal domain of mind and calls it the Bio-Psycho-Continuum, the Bio-Matrix, a Unified Field
of Consciousness, the one collective Bio-Mind, consisting of infinite multiple realities and parallel universes, in which he does not "believe," but
actually knows exists, can operate within, and most importantly, which he can PROVE, scientifically. Indeed, all Dr. Savage's experiments are
designed to provide incontrovertible evidence that the Bio-mind IS non-local and DOES control the body (which includes the brain), and that this
One Collective Bio-Mind, the Psycho-continuum (Bio-Matrix) can be "hacked" and controlled by a "higher mind" using Transcendental Forces to
change anything in the material world.

Dr. Savage explains that the results of his MIND CONTROL processing is a partial or total "brain reset," depending on the need of the client;
consisting of literally a re-programming ("writing a new program") to "download" to the brain of any living entity, which can include changing the
DNA. Dr. Savage does this, not by believing he can, but rather by actually accessing and controlling that "one mind" and subliminally influencing
the subject's life form (body and brain) to change. The goal of his brain reset intervention is, as he writes: "Subliminal processing aims at a
comprehensive neuro-physiological resetting of the most ancestral and natural functions of human well-being. Since people's systems of beliefs
are dangerously instrumental in the decline of their health, it is only through subliminal conduits that one can bypass with unprecedented
efficiency this morbid mind-body disconnection."













































































METHODOLOGY
Section 4 Experiments specifically Investigate the results of Subliminal processing on:

Experiment 10: Rejuvenation
    An old animal, obviously "unaware" of the distant treatment, who had been suffering crippling
    arthritis for three years, a condition generally diagnosed as terminal and grounds for euthanasia.

Experiment 11: Cellular Anagenesis (Anti-aging)
    Case 1: Two zoo animals from a species designated as "threatened" that received Distant
    Subliminal processing, (obviously unknowingly), to observe and record the reproductive behavior
    of these subjects and the eventual effect on their specie's extinction rating.

    Case 2: Two women, over 40 years old, who received Subliminal Influence processing (at
    different times from Dr. Savage in person), who were aware that the "treatment" could help their
    overall well-being, but unaware that the experiment was specifically testing the effects of the
    Subliminal processing to reverse aging (cellular anagenesis).

Experiment 12: Genomics (Modifying Cell Behavior)
    Isolated individual cells, that received Subliminal processing from Dr. Savage in government
    laboratories, under strict scientific control, a) to investigate the potential of the Subliminal
    Influence technology to modify cell behavior, b) to bring reparative bio-restoration ("healing") of
    burned or diseased cells, and c) to study the mechanisms of mind-body connections.
"Stem cell biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton's research on muscular dystrophy that employed cloned human stem cells,
focused on the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior, resulting in a novel form of human genetic
engineering that defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body which many subsequent
researchers have since validated.

In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his
understanding of the cell's information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell
membrane, which revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell's
equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University School of Medicine between 1987 and 1992 revealed that
the environment, operating through the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes
on and off. His discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by the genes,
presaged one of today's most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics.

His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions,
and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology and discovered that
his physical well-being improved, and the quality and character of his daily life was greatly enhanced."   

"The dominant view in science is that the brain somehow makes consciousness, like the liver makes bile. This is an
unproven assumption that has never been explained, can hardly be imagined, and has never been directly have
persisted for long periods in the history of science. This book reopens the case by examining evidence that
challenges the current assumption that consciousness is entirely local, produced by the brain and confined to it.

The ultimate argument for ONE MIND is the non-locality of consciousness. Individual minds turn out to be not just
individual. They are not confined or localized to specific points in space, such as brains or bodies, nor to specific
points in time, such as the present. Minds, rather, are non-local with respect to space and time. This means that
the separateness of minds is an illusion because individual minds cannot be put in a box (or brain) and
walled off from one another. All minds come together to form a single mind. Many individuals, including eminent
scientists have glimpsed this fact.

Nobel physicist Schrodinger: 'There is only one mind.' Physicist David Bohm: 'Deep down the consciousness of
mankind is one.' From Einstein to Plato, many have supported a universal unified view of consciousness. Einstein:
'A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'universe', a part limited in time and space. He experiences his
thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This
delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal decisions. Our task must be to free ourselves from
this prison.' In his Symposium, Plato has Aristophanes say, 'This becoming one instead of two was the very
expression of [humanity's] need. And the reason is that human nature was originally one and we were a whole.'

Non-local mind resembles the age-old concept of the soul. The collective One Mind already is, existing as an
overarching dimension of consciousness of which we are already a part. We have simply forgotten our
belongingness, trading our oneness for the illusion of isolated individuality. National Institute of Health Psychiatrist
Peter Fenwick: 'Some forms of experience are transpersonal, that is depend on a mind which is not inextricably
bound up with a brain.' Hippocrates: "Brain is the messenger to consciousness, the interpreter of consciousness."

In many areas of science, the admission of ignorance has been overshadowed by arrogance. The certainty that we
know more than we really do has created a serious obstacle in our understanding of consciousness. It has
prevented a fair hearing for a huge body of research pointing to a non-local beyond-the body aspect of the mind.

Cognitive scientist Donald Hoffman, University of California, Irvine wrote: 'The scientific study of consciousness is in
the embarrassing position of having no scientific theory of consciousness.' Harvard University Experimental
Psychologist Steven Pinker confessed, 'As to how consciousness might arise from a physical system such as the
brain - if indeed it does - beats the heck out of me. I have some prejudices, but no idea of how to begin to look for
a defensible answer. And neither does anyone else.'

Recognizing our ignorance about the origins of consciousness is important because this opens the door to
possibilities such as the One Mind which a strictly material viewpoint prohibits. Dr. Lewis Thomas, Research
Director at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, recognized the importance of admitting our ignorance. 'The
ONLY solid piece of scientific truth about which I feel totally confident is that we are profoundly ignorant about
nature. Only two centuries ago we could explain everything about everything, out of pure reason, and now most of
that elaborate and harmonious structure has come apart before our eyes. We are dumb.'

In science, we often know that something works before we have a clue about how it works. This is particularly true
in medicine. Examples are numerous; explanations often come later. While we wait, we don't ignore the efficacy of
these interventions out of some pigheaded demand for an explanation of the mechanism involved.

Our ignorance is an opportunity. Knowing so little about consciousness, we can be bold in exploring the possibility
of a universal domain of mind."
Dr. Savage describes details of his unique Subliminal "Mind-Control" technology:

"Subliminal Distant Influence Technology is a procedure in which well-defined human targets (individual or
collective) are subjected from a distance to processes of subliminal mental recalibration that will provoke in them
significant and planned psycho-behavioral changes far beneath their levels of consciousness. There is no
competition. SDI is the absolute monopoly on the ability to "mindjack" people with complete scientific accuracy.

Specifically, subliminal processing is breaking into people's [or animal's] mind from a distance without them
noticing it, to insert with surgical precision specific new thought-implants into their deeper unconscious, for them
to alter dramatically their former usual behavior according to a particular plan or strategy. The total or partial
'brain-reset' that results is a radical and complete debugging of the subject's neuro-cultural software, back to
his/her most primitive and animalistic original setting.

There are no 'anti-subliminal' counter-measures. One cannot avoid the ineluctable (but unconscious) taking over
of his most essential centers of decisions (both intellectual and emotional) and one cannot escape his/her own
neuro-behavioral recalibration according to the client's specific objective. Precisely because it is subliminal and
distant, my technology far exceeds any known system in the world. It can operate/implant more effectively,
beneath the threshold of the subject's awareness (thus eliminating completely the placebo or belief factor) and
from an unlimited distance (theoretically, anywhere in the world.)

Distances are irrelevant: A few micron or thousands of kilometers, it is just the same. There is no separability of
people, things or events. They all inclusively belong to a higher unified continuum. The concept of an
individualized 'ego' is just as metaphorical as our alleged spatio-temporal separation. Those ideas only exist
within the modern Western cultural paradigm. There is no such thing as one single well-delineated reality, but an
unlimited amount of them.

The potency of SDI has greater potential since it taps into the most fundamental and ancient animalistic layers of
our deepest unconscious, the yet undiscovered areas of the brain that are so far inaccessible to any
conventional or unconventional known techniques. This means that with SDI, the entire 'implant' operation is
achieved without any traceable procedure of psycho-suggestion and therefore it does not carry the potential risk
to the programmer of later memory retrieval; in other words, SDI leaves no tracks.

SDI works when we are supplied with specific and accurate intelligence on the human subjects whom we are
contracted to process and provokes a complete recalibration of the most essential neuro-behavioral functions of
those people, which takes place without the subjects noticing anything special happening to them. Depending on
the personality of the subject, his professional or political importance, the urgency of the contract, and other
similar variables, the complete resetting of his brain may take from several days to several months of subliminal
processing.

Dur to major readjustments in the neurological centers involved in their decision-making processes, the people
subjected to our 'distant thought-implants' are no longer capable of performing effectively whatever they were
doing prior to our subliminal work. Any chosen target will soon demonstrate some form of deep
psycho-behavioral change, with all the professional, legal, political and familial consequences it entails. In the
case of some infamous dictator of a hypothetical 'rogue nation' a complete subliminal brain reset could very well
entail the termination of the tyrant by his own personnel.

Our technology brings back to the subjects their most basic and natural inborn condition: Use of the technology
erases cultural suppressions, intellectual conditioning and ideological programming that have been imposed
upon the persons from their earliest childhood. The results are akin to putting the brain back to a clean 'blank
slate' and reintroducing into the subjects' intellect their most basic and ancestral behavioral patterns (including
self-preservation) that drive them to rethink entirely their own immediate priorities. Beneath the threshold of
awareness, business teams, athletes (humans or animals), special units, political staff, etc., show dramatic and
beneficial responses when they are purposely subjected to this technology.

SDI constitutes the most powerful (and exclusive) technology in existence today, forming a complete and
insurmountable non-lethal weapons system, that provides unmitigated hope for a peaceful, swift and irreversible
solution to any conflict - national, international, personal, political or economic. The science of SDI is not the
devil of 'mind-control' that some may fear and criticize. Instruments and technologies are neutral; they are not
intrinsically good or evil. SDI is the first entirely nonviolent weapon system available for use in a hopefully more
humanistic global society.

For example, SDI affords the possibility of curbing the crime rate on an unprecedented scale. By using advanced
digitized systems to synthesize the images of thousands of specific criminals of violent crimes into one 'holotype,'
these criminals can be subliminally processed as a whole. The criminal 'holotype' will combine most
psycho-vibrational features of nearly all other criminals who predate in the same crime area. A protracted and
high intensity subliminal work on such a 'holotype' will affect, to some extent, the deeper function of the Central
Nervous System of all criminal and potential criminals in this particular area. Consequently, the crime rate will
drop in direct relation to the magnitude of the subliminal procedure. In this way, crime reduction can be dealt  
with non-violently at the city, state or even federal level of law enforcement.

SDI is based on a multi-millenarian Celtic heritage which has integrated mind-body interaction and 'factualizing
intentionality' over a period of thousands of years of practice, combining it with the most futuristic breakthroughs
of quantum physics and post-Jungian theories of the Psychofields.

People actively exposed to my subliminal procedure are driven to do unconsciously, things they otherwise
would not do, or vice versa, not do things they otherwise would do."

I cannot think of a person (or a group of persons working together toward a specific goal or toward some
material outcome) who would not benefit from using my subliminal influence technologies, to bring about a
complete change of attitude (political, commercial or personal) of some targeted individuals.

Documentary filmmaker, Michael Mendizza queried Dr. Savage on this point:

"As soon as you start slipping between the cracks of our reality and moving into multiple realities, the continuum,
all the metaphorical boundaries of our reality disappear."

Dr. Savage replied:

"Fear, once again, that keeps you from turning what you call imagination and dreams, into realities, other
realities. But that can be healed. That can be removed.

I know that at one point you want to ask me also about non-local events, which has everything to do with that,
precisely. That means that when I am taking care of someone, from one inch or one thousand miles, it’s just the
same. There is no separativeness. There is no separation between things.

If only you could have one sense more than you have, as I do. The way you see the universe, the way I’m seeing
you or this camera is so different. There is no difference between the atoms of the wall and your atoms.
Everything is a flux. Everything is a movement of energy all the time. There is no life and death, then. There is a
perpetual continuation and, naturally, there is no distance.

The greatest secret of the universe: There is no time. All experiments in physics prove there is no time. Each time
we put time to the test, it doesn't exist. And yet, tell me of one human that can write a book, one simple chapter,
on an a-temporal story. How can it be possible to even conceive. And since there is no time, there is no space.
Space-time, it’s one single continuum.

That’s why it’s so easy for me to surf, to switch, between this multiple-dimensional, multi-reality universe and
make things impossible happen. They were impossible in one little reductionist reality. But in another one, they
were so simple to organise.

You can do it. Anyone can do it. I just happen to be the one right now with the key."


Common Design Criteria

The three experiments have different specific design criteria and were conducted in three different locations.
What they have in common is value, efficacy, reliability, reproducibility, falsifiability, validity and no risk.

Elimination of any Placebo effect.
Animal subjects and isolated cells were incapable of knowing or understanding that SDI processing was happening.
Women subjects were aware of the processing, yet unaware of the focus on anit-aging.

Proof is observable and falsifiable through visual and laboratory test records.

Laboratory tests on cells are easy to organize with appropriate laboratory testing instruments.

Large sample of statistical data on cells tests is possible.

Tests can be done in person or from a Distance. Subjects can be separated by thousands of miles from the
SDI processor without any difference in the effectiveness of the SDI treatment.

The exact location of the subject is not required; only a few basic coordinates or a photograph is required.

Results are quickly observable visually or within hours in lab testing, and are so self-evident, they
leave no room for discussion or interpretation.

Results are reproducible by students trained in SDI technology.

No risk, no drugs, no therapy, no interference with standard medical procedures.
If, through Mind-Force only, we are able to affect significantly the functioning of individual or collective cells
under the strictest scientific methodological supervision, we will have proven that cells have a mind of their own
and that such a mind can blend with another mind of a higher level with observable results....

But, I do not want to prove only that cells have a mind of their own and that such mind can be accessed,
influenced and repaired. I want to demonstrate the oneness of the Mind per se, not only the organic unity of all
cells' mind within one given physical body, but also the interconnectiveness of all 'individual' minds within some
higher unified field of consciousness, the Bio-Mind.

The key to what?
To the Way Out, the Primordial Oneness, innate Higher Power, to SURVIVAL... to unlock the One Collective Bio-Mind
and access the infinite multiple realities.

We can do what?
Make impossible things happen, make a miracle, go to another universe, be young forever, surf the Bio-Psycho Continuum -
the one collective Mind of infinite multiple realities and parallel universes.

Which means what?
That Mind is definitely NOT limited to the brain or any part of the physical body. That "Transcendence", "Higher Power" Spirit/God
Consciousness is NOT limited to the one collective Bio-Mind in creation. That Transcendence exists beyond the electromagnetic
creation and is able to control the Mind and in turn, all material bodies (creatures). That "mind" is NOT God - we can "change our  
mind," we cannot "change God."

Proves what?
That when there's a glitch in a person's (or animal's or any living entity's) "system," and that person (or entity) does not
self-regenerate, Dr. Savage can and does (with permission and justification) take over those "control centers of the individual mind"
to shift realities, repair the damage and immediately save a person's (or animal's) life or relieve their suffering, which may look like a
miracle, but isn't.

Explains what?
Miracles don't just happen. Miracles are actually intentional interventions in the expected (reductionist) course of events. Miracles are
also not mysterious nor unscientific. Real miracles are NORMAL outcomes of the application of a higher NATURAL physical
(transcendental) science yet unknown and unused in modern society. For example, the normal medical course of events for severe
fire burn is unbearable pain, scarring and/or death. When Dr. Savage takes care of a person dying of fire burn and the person's pain
instantly goes away, the burn disappears and the person doesn't die, it looks like a miracle, but actually it is the NORMAL result of his
direct SDI mind control intervention.

Also, real miracles, "scientific miracles," ONLY work depending on the STATURE of the one who is doing the intervention. For
example, in Western religious literature, it is Jesus, NOT his mother Mary, who could do the miracles at the wedding feast. The
genuine "miracle maker" must have access to the "higher power" (Transcendence) and the "psycho-continuum" (the One Mind that
Dr. Dossey and his colleagues are proposing). And the "key" to access of that "higher power" and "psycho-continuum" is NOT belief,
but sacrifice, unconditional reciprocity, justice for the Divine, duty to life and earth. Genuine miracle makers are rare indeed.

Understanding what Dr. Savage is doing means that he is NOT "God" and neither are we. He is also NOT the "devil," "the Anti-Christ",
nor the "fake god" that opposes the Divine, and neither are we. Dr. Savage, as were other rare "messengers" on earth, was born into
that ancient holy stature. He has then sacrificed his whole life and proven that he has "access," that he has that "key," as has been
documented in the thousands of "scientific miracles" he has provoked throughout his life.
